Why Soursop
Is So Hard To Find

Soursop — known as graviola or guanábana across the Caribbean and South America — is one of the most nutrient-dense tropical fruits in the world. It doesn't survive standard grocery supply chains. The only way to ship it is frozen, at peak ripeness. That's exactly what we do.

What exactly is soursop?
+
Soursop — also called graviola or guanábana — is a large tropical fruit native to the Caribbean and South America. It has white, creamy flesh with a flavor often described as a blend of pineapple, strawberry, and banana. Most Americans have never encountered real soursop because it doesn't survive conventional grocery supply chains. Freezing at peak ripeness is the only practical way to ship it.
What exactly am I receiving?
+
You receive whole soursop fruit — frozen solid at peak ripeness. Not juice, not pulp, not concentrate. The complete fruit. Once it arrives, transfer it to your freezer. When you're ready to use it, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then cut it open, remove the black seeds, and use the white flesh however you like.
How do I use it after it arrives?
+
Transfer to your freezer immediately on arrival. When ready to use: move from freezer to refrigerator and allow 24 hours to thaw. Cut the fruit open lengthwise, remove the black seeds (they are not edible), and scoop out the white flesh. It can be eaten fresh, blended into juice or smoothies, used in desserts, cooked in recipes, or made into tea using the leaves.
How long does it keep in the freezer?
+
Up to 12 months frozen with no significant loss in quality or flavor. Transfer to your freezer immediately when the box arrives. Only thaw what you plan to use within the next 24–48 hours. Once thawed, consume within 2 days — do not refreeze.
What if it arrives thawed or damaged?
+
If you have any concerns about your delivery, contact us directly within 24 hours with a photo of the package and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I set up a recurring order?
+
Yes. After your first order, email us and we will set up a weekly or biweekly recurring shipment. Your box ships automatically every Tuesday. You can pause or cancel at any time. Most customers choose recurring after their first delivery.
Which states do you currently ship to?
+
We currently ship to East Coast and Midwest states — New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, Michigan, and surrounding areas. Nationwide shipping is in progress. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm availability in your location.
